Pastor Caesar is a gifted preacher, enjoys ministering to people’s individual needs, and plays a key role in developing and supporting the church’s family and maturity ministries. Before joining the church staff as a full-time pastor in 2000, Pastor Caesar was a teacher at Seattle’s African American Academy and while also serving fervently in the church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Idaho (1996) and grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Born in Laos, Pastor Naly supports Ps. Caesar in the ministry. Together, they have three children: Lydia, Kara, and Isaiah.
